RATES

  • In-Shop Bench $100/Hour
  • In-Shop and On-Site Consulting $200/Hour
  • In-Shop Data Recovery: $300 (non-invasive, i.e., we do NOT open the hard drive)
  • Off-Site Data Recovery $100 Evaluation Fee; final cost dependent on severity of drive damage and time spent on recovery

  • $100 non-refundable diagnostic fee is due before any services are rendered*

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: Cash, Check, ACH. All Credit/Debit Cards are accepted with a 3% convenience fee.

*Due to the time required to diagnose and troubleshoot today’s computer issues, a $100 non-refundable diagnostic fee is required upfront. This fee is charged whether the customers chooses to repair the system or not. Unrepaired system left for scrap will not be considered payment of any sort, and does not eliminate any payment due. All customer property is subject to recycling if left longer than 15 days from initial ready-for-pick-up notice, or if the customers fails to pay, respond or agree within 15 days of proposed quote.

ABOUT

Our fearless leader, Tony Musorafite has spent over thirty-five years in a variety of technology-related fields. Born and raised in New York, he spent almost fifteen years working at a major aerospace firm in addition to six years of service in the Navy as a technician troubleshooting and maintaining technology equipment. Then after spending five years working for other shops, and additional time as a self-employed consultant, Tony saw the frustration experienced by many PC users, not knowing who was competent and who could be trusted.

In 2000, Tony had a vision of changing the way technology companies do business and opened PC Parlor in Torrance. Honesty and integrity are just two of the many staples that Tony has instilled in the culture of his business. And because of this, PC Parlor has been servicing the South Bay for over twenty years.

At PC Parlor, we don't bombard you with technical jargon or talk down to you. Everything is explained in terms understandable to the layperson.
